Hi I’m Madi,
Creative Director and Founder of Sprout Joy, Mum to two beautiful little humans and a strong advocate for females and equality across all of humankind.
I've spent over a decade working as a graphic designer and creative lead for marketing agencies and departments, from start-up small businesses to global corporations and everything in between. I know that good design is about way more than just looking good. Great visual communication has the ability to leave a lasting impact.
As a mother and a former children's educator. I know all too well how much the growth and development of our children is impacted by the wellbeing of the mother. As someone who's worked in a male dominated industry and birthed two children in a system built by men - I'm super passionate about creating a world where all genders and ethnicities are treated equally.

After our catch up, I’ll then get to work on creating a detailed and personalised proposal that suits your specific needs. The proposal will outline the entire project scope in stages, what I will deliver, pricing, terms and conditions and any other specific details.
You let me know if you’re 100% all in. Then I’ll send you the initial deposit invoice and once paid I’ll get to work!
